Answer: Yes, your child is entitled to a quota for admission to college according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2012 No. 264 “On approval of the size of the admission quota for admission to study in educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education”. To receive a quota, you must register in the applicants’ information database from June 20 and be sure to attach documents confirming your status in PDF format.
